SET NAMES utf8不管用了怎么办？

MYSQL总是乱码，创建数据库连接时连接字符串加入charset=utf8就可以了，根本不需要set names utf8
例 “server = localhost; databasse = test; user id = root; password = 123; charset=utf8″

ASP.NET2.0
