互联网在今天这样一个畸形的发展环境下生长发展，居然没有一个国际组织从技术上开发普及保护网络原创的程序，居然政府至今没有管理现在网络上的随意采集现象。看看搜索引擎里都是什么东西啊！你还能忍么？？
最近过春节在电视上听到很多明星对于网络上杜撰的绯闻叫苦不迭，网络上随意杜撰，随意采集。他们仅仅在电视镜头前抱怨这种事情的发生。我想，你们明星之中，有这么多“人大代表”，有这么多“政协委员”，你们何不联合起来反对这个事呢？为什么不能联合起来引起胡温的重视？？
你知道现在有几家网站不是靠这个牟利？看看那些无良的公司，开发的采集器，这样无良的软件居然公然销售，居然合法销售。我想，这无异于借刀杀人，只不过是在网络环境下合法的借刀杀人罢了。这就是在今天这个畸形网络文化环境下的可怕现实，所以胡温很高明地提出了和谐网络文化的理念，提出了和谐文化的理念，就是不知道下面有多少人能理解，有多少法律能出台，有多少人才能重视？会不会只是流于理论的研讨？大家依然没人管？让我们拭目以待好了。
光靠搜索引擎自己来禁止收录这些采集网站没用的。一方面搜索引擎与这些采集网站有利益链关系，另一方面有一些搜索引擎自己的员工也在做采集。光靠政府监管搜索引擎也不能治本。唯一的办法就是信息产业部要行动起来，着手向社会征集网络内容保护的法案，就像物权法一样，我们同样要像社会广泛征集。网络是大家使用的。搜索引擎每一个网民都在用。如何禁止网络采集？必须立法。这种行为在“网络”这种信息传播简单高效的环境下，不能简单等同于一般意义上知识产权的保护。这种行为应该更加严厉打击。
一个朋友说得对，社会总是要从无序到有序，网络社会也一样。
